Some Described Duties are as follows:
- Complete clinical documentation (intake, assessment, referral if needed, individual notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries).
- Attend weekly supervision to earn hours towards the LCSW/LMHC requirement
- Provide individual counseling sessions; opportunities for group counseling as well
- Implement various therapy techniques including CBT, DBT, MI, etc
- Offer crisis intervention and management
- Utilize motivational interviewing to support patients
- Safe and sick leave per year
- 50% reimbursement rate for no-show clients
- Make your own schedule – Hybrid- remote/in person available
- 4 Hours of clinical supervision per month (with a dedicated and supportive clinical supervisor that is invested in your growth)
- Potential for full-time promotion and various pathways for growth
Competitive Tiered Benefits System:
Tier 1– Fee For Service: Safe and Sick leave on an accrual basis
Tier 2– Part Time 20hrs weekly: Safe and Sick leave on an accrual basis ,$200 towards CEU’s, $40 benefit towards your internet bill OR $40 towards individual wellness/self-care; ie: Gym membership Annually
Tier 3– Full time 30+ hours weekly: Safe and Sick leave on an accrual basis , $200 towards CEU’s, $40 benefit towards your internet bill AN
